Major announcement coming your way Monday in this space.
The Voice of Customer Service concluded today with an exclamation mark of content from some powerhouse speakers and companies.
But the demo of GPT-3 presented by Steve Tingiris of Dabble Lab (using some pre-recorded video, in compliance with the terms of the GPT-3 beta) was a showstopper.
Steve shows off a variety of use cases involving words and phrases and GPT-3’s ability to parse them and return information that is shockingly additive.
We’re making this video from the conference available via This Week In Voice TV (below). It’s well worth a 30 minute investment of time.
Seeing Steve’s presentation today has motivated me to sign up for the beta and try to get access. I’d love to play around with this. It’s a clear and exciting glimpse into the future.
As mentioned at the top, big announcement coming Monday. Until then, have a great weekend.
