The forthcoming Ethics & Integrity Charter for LLM-Based AI
Philosophical guardrails around ChatGPT, prior to regulatory guardrails arriving
Concern about AI's power in, and influence over, our lives has never been greater.
We see the promise in what ChatGPT and other technologies have brought us, but we know history as well: technological advancements are optimized for humanity when they have guardrails intentionally placed around them as they grow.
The Ethics & Integrity Charter for LLM-Based AI will be released at Project Voice 2023: The World of Conversational AI, coming up later in April.
Below is the draft of the document, circulating among the Conversational AI Leadership Council, a group of around 500 executives, celebrities, politicians, and media that have contributed to this effort, which is expected to be immediately impactful on public policy upon release.
If you have feedback, send it to info@projectvoice.ai so it gets to the right place.
If you’re involved with digital transformation or have been involved with technology over your career, and are interested in helping put philosophical guardrails around ChatGPT and other large language model-based AI, email us as well. We’d love to have your input and help.
