Chvrches is a band named specifically to facilitate easier Google searches so as not to be confused with actual churches. They’ve also made some great music, including their phenomenal debut single Leave A Trace.
Lead singer Lauren Mayberry first became a lawyer, then became a journalist, and only then after that, became a professional musician.
That’s a ChatGPT type of career progression if I’ve ever heard one. We might all end up as artists out of necessity at this point, with AI taking over most professions.
Actually, never mind, they may end up doing that too.
Bill Gates wrote a new piece called The Age of AI Has Begun, released earlier today and is an important writing amidst a noisy time.
