Kiss From A Rose
Webinar TOMORROW (Tues Feb 21; noon Eastern / 9 AM Pacific) features Adam Cheyer on ChatGPT, conversational AI market trends
There used to be a greying tower alone on the sea
You became the light on the dark side of me
Kelly Clarkson, the American Idol star, has a popular morning show on TV. Three weeks ago, out of all the artists in all the world she could have had on this show, she chose an artist whose biggest hit came 3 decades ago.
And why, you might ask, was Seal making an appearance on her show? What was he promoting?
I’ll leave that as a surprise. Take note of what Kelly Clarkson is holding in her hand at the end.
It’s right to ask if we’re moving backward in time, rather than forward, coming out of the pandemic. A hundred years ago, coming out of the Spanish Flu, we embraced nostalgia and yearned for times gone by, just like we’re doing now.
Companies would be wise to take note.
This is an absolute masterpiece version of this song, I might add. Never been better.
TOMORROW (Tuesday, February 21) features a special webinar, presented by Project Voice Capital Partners (PVCP’s Rolling Fund can be accessed here):
The agenda encompasses the origin of, and market trends revealed by, the now-popular Conversational AI Industry Landscape Map, a fireside chat with legendary entrepreneur (and PVCP venture partner) Adam Cheyer, and a final 20 minutes of open Q&A at the end.
The webinar itself is in promotion of Project Voice Capital Partners, the venture capital firm whose purpose is to identify and invest in top-tier early-stage conversational AI founders and companies. PVCP’s rolling fund, which is a newer type of investment vehicle and partnership with AngelList that enables accredited investors to “subscribe” to our conversational AI deal flow, is available here to apply to invest, and we’ve been meeting regularly with prospective investors to answer specific questions.
Registrants will receive audio and video files from the webinar upon its conclusion. You can register for the webinar here.
The next time this group will convene will be in person at Project Voice 2023: The World of Conversational AI, taking place in its home of several years, Chattanooga, Tennessee, in late April.
