One of my favorite musicians is the well-known rapper Tech N9ne, a true innovator within an already highly innovative genre of music.
He was joined recently in the studio by the highest paid actor alive today, The Rock, who apparently decided he wasn’t good at enough things, and now is also a rapper.
The result of these combined forces is Face Off, a raucous sports anthem that rockets through various cultural and historic themes with brilliance. (Warning: language)
Earlier this week as well, we announced that Lenovo’s head of AI for North America, Andi Huels, will be joining us at the in-person Project Voice X (Oct 25-27, Destin / Fort Walton Beach FL).
She will give a keynote early Monday afternoon, joining Amazon and Microsoft (already Presenting Sponsors of the event, also giving keynotes) and upstarts like Deepgram, Voiceflow, Cyrano, Pindrop, ReadSpeaker, KomBea, SoundHound, Canary Speech, Wanderword, Speechly, and many more.
Additionally, we’re pleased to share that Zihao Wang, recipient of the Alexa Prize and current Emory University Ph.D candidate, will share his latest project as well as part of the in-person conference.
We know there’s a lot of last-minute folks deciding to jump on a plane and join us. If this is you, once you’re registered, let us know you’re coming and we’ll figure out who to introduce you to and how best to involve you with this event, which will be for many, the first in a long time.
Registration is available here.
That Friday, October 29, we’ll host Project Voice X Worldwide, which will involve a unique format for many of the presenters that we’ve never done before, but is designed for simplicity of viewing, as the last thing anyone is really asking for is another virtual event.
We will share more about this soon, but the event has been put on Friday so those attending the in-person conference can more readily participate.
Registration is available here.
Two more in person events taking place before the end of the year:
Voice of Money, which will gather 200 folks working in banking and finance, takes place in New York City’s financial district on November 10, while Voice of Gaming gathers together 200 executives and developers working within all types of modern gaming to discuss how voice and conversational AI are re-shaping that domain.
Registration for Voice of Money is here, while registration for Voice of Gaming is here.
If you’re a current VC or investor in the voice/AI space, or you want to become an investor in the voice/AI space, that’s a major reason to head to Project Voice X, where we will formally announce the new $20M Project Voice Capital Partners Fund I, along with having a number of new voice/AI startups pitching. Feel free to reach out in advance, if you’re part of either of these groups heading to the event.
